"If they were good they would play for a full buy-in" is just nittiness.
"They remove all the play from the game" (because they are typically all-in on the flop) is just nittiness--- play limit instead. ;)
The closest I've come is someone complaining that other people playing short-stacked interferes with the big stack's ability to extract value from other deep stacks. (Without, presumably, benefitting the short stack as much as it hurts the big stack.) Which I'm not quite seeing, but what do I know, I'm just a stupid limit player.
