Egg rolls (pork?) with a tasty brown sauce. The owner encouraged us to eat these with our fingers.
Shrimp cakes. That's probably not the right name--- these are a House of Nanking staple. It's a thin fried pastry with a shrimp and some peas inside, usually with a peanut or sweet brown sauce.
Rice soup with assorted odd veggies and chicken.
Watercress, cucumber, and yam salad. Very tasty.
Fried calamari (big pieces, no tentacles) with a spicy lemon sauce.
Crispy shrimp with zucchini, mushrooms, onions + other goodness.
Sesame chicken with yams (another HoN staple.)
I think we had one more entree that I'm not remembering. It was all good, as usual.
