A 3-Laws Loophole that Asimov Missed

... though he did have a short story that comes close.

In today's Freefall, a robot dresses up in human clothes (including sunglasses and a face-covering bandana), turns off his transponder, and proclaims, "Close enough to human that other robots will actually try to rescue me!"

Such behavior, insofar as it did not endanger any real humans, would be required of any 3-Laws robot, would it not? They must preserve themselves--- but not, normally, other robots.
