Mothership Wit

I had a Mothership Wit beer with dinner tonight, courtesy of my father-in-law. (An ex-coworker of his is now the regional representative for the New Belgium Brewing company, makers of Fat Tire.)

Motherwhip Wit is an "organic" wheat beer. It's extremely pale, with less color than several white wines we have in the house. Large head that dissipates fairly quickly. Marissa could smell the coriander quite clearly; I found the spices not all that pleasant to drink. Mostly boring, unfortunately; I didn't finish the 22oz bottle. I'll stick with the actual Belgian whites.
